By means of a blood sample, the test shows within ten minutes whether a person is acutely infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus (IgM antibody) or already immune to it (IgG antibody). The strip test is manufactured by the diagnostics company Senova in Weimar and is already on the market. For most people, the new coronavirus causes only mild or moderate symptoms, such as fever and cough. Рост заболеваемости коронавирусом в Беларуси ожидается к концу января – началу февраля. Таким мнением с телеканалом “Беларусь 1” поделился врач-инфекционист Юрий Горбич. Он отметил – эпидситуация остается чувствительной.
Усугубить положение может и штамм “омикрон”, который официально подтвержден в нашей стране две недели назад. Есть уже и внутренние заражения. Пока по-прежнему преобладает “дельта”, но “омикрон” его постепенно вытесняет. В зоне риска в том числе молодежь и дети.
